She enjoys the continual and ever varying challenges and achievements at Phase II. "I have enjoyed being a part of Phase II over a significant period of time and been able to see the growth of our company not so much in terms of numbers, but in the quality and results of our work. I enjoy formulating questions to gather meaningful programming information from our clients, watching and being a part of the initial concepts on paper, communicating information to the contractors, and finally seeing the project develop in 3 dimensional space." Drexel University , Bachelor of Science, Interior Design Drexel University , working toward Bachelor of Architecture Pamela McKeon Pam has been working with Jay at Phase II Designs since 1993. She is involved primarily with architectural and interior residential clients. She excels at following through with large and small details, working with a variety of sources and materials and communication between client, contractor and staff. She loves to work on Kitchen and Bathroom renovations, custom cabinetry design, space planning, as well as working with color, pattern and texture in fabrics. "I love the continual process of my job, from the initial schematic design stage where the ideas begin to spark through to the installation or final construction stages where all the hard work and energy from every aspect of the project are finally united. One of my favorite things about working at Phase II Designs, besides working with all the staff, is the relationship that is developed between us and our clients. We are able to watch as their children / grandchildren grow up and go on to college and marriage, we get to hear about wonderful events, vacations, meet their extended families. We are able to continue these relationships over the years with new projects to accommodate their and their families changing lives." Masters Degree, Interior Design Drexel University Attended the Masters program for one year at The Savanna College of Art & Design Bachelors in Art Communications from Roanoke College in Virginia Elizabeth Stricker Liz began working with Phase II Designs in 1996, after a career in Corporate Interiors. She works closely with Jay and Peg on many of the architectural projects in the office, as well as interior design projects. She is the office "CAD Specialist", as she does most of the AUTOCAD drawings on office projects. She is constantly trying to improve the documentation process and streamline it so that drawings can be done efficiently in a minimum amount of time. She enjoys the challenge and complexity of residential additions and renovations, custom cabinetry design, and innovative color, pattern and textural combinations. "I especially enjoy the process of creating a very functional environment for our clients, but one that is aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. When I plan a space I want to find the best solution possible so the space functions beyond our clients expectations. The challenge is to bring it all together so that the materials, colors and patterns reflect our clients taste and lifestyle. The thing I like best about Phase II Designs is the teamwork approach the staff takes with each other. We share ideas and information, and work together to bring our ideas to fruition. We complement each other in personality and abilities, and together we accomplish great things. We also have a wonderful group of contractors and craftspeople working with us, which enables us to do a great job for our clients."
